My suburb’s median house price went down 5% last month but I still have a roof over my head. Or that doesn’t matter because a ‘loss is a loss’.
Lets agree to disagree. No one is defending ‘up ramping’, however imo preying on fear is much worse than not preying at all; merely being over exuberant in posting.
