Perhaps, but it's unlikely to be just one institution. Given the overwhelming bot saturation, there would be several companies taking a run at this. The resistance level is going to be interesting. IMO I think fair value is at around 11/12 cents but atm we are in the hands of the bots and there is nothing any of us can do except hold and wait...in my opinion.
