Alipay and Wechat arent up to that point yet, at least with my experiences in China over the last 3 years.
Alot of cool stuff with Alipay etc. no need for a wallet. B2B, B2C, C2C payments at the drop of a hat. Cash still used, but usually by the oldies.
International bank transfers using Alipay cost 50 rmb($10) and exchange rate is hardly discounted if at all.
You'll only see an EFTPOS machine in China if the business deals with foreigners for CC transactions, otherwise shops only use Alipay etc.
We are a while off that level yet, but it's coming for sure
