The CEOs you mention mostly got their degrees AND professional history in the West.
None of them, not a one, got a highfalutin Ivy League degree and went to India to work for low wages.
Please try to stay with the program before 'refuting' me. If you only want to hear Pollyanna sweet dreams then my posts are not for you.
Again, I am not saying everyone from India is a fraud but I am saying it is not a treasure trove of genius all stars as some people here are saying. I wrote multiple times that India has the same Bell curve distribution of talent as any other country. The reason Western companies go there is not to find all stars but because it is cheap to play the numbers game there. If you can fish three times as much, you have a good chance of picking up some good ones.
