I also think, they the board think and have stated their belief that the options will be in the money. I don’t believe all will be, but most will and if converted that will also provide the capital for the day to day running, as well as being CF+ as also stated. Then a raise would only be required for the 1st loss capital of the agri debt warehouse.
There are also options tied to the $50 million DW that have various expiry dates. If triggers are met these could potentially be converted as well.
Just some thoughts.
