hmm.. as a holder you may need to study SPX offering a bit more. If you look at both MoneyTech and others like Grapple in detail they mainly deal with invoice finance, supplier finance and associated technologies. In that regard, they are a competitor for Spenda's finance and lending services, but where Spenda differentiates is in their spread in capabilities. They are more than a fintech, a lender and or a SaaS company, they offer software for business transactions (from POS, eCommerce, warehouse management, procurement and sales and fulfilment), both B2B and B2C payments and the ability to add on lending all within one system. SPX offer a full business service up and down the supply chain. Hope that helps..
