Could I be wrong in thinking when you change the type of business you are and pivot into a new way of doing business that constitutes into the start of something new.

The prior to CRO was the software which was made for Capricorn, likely without the change into CRO then into the 3 business that it merged and became SPX is where we are now.

They have learned from the past to create this entity we know as Spenda, and unlike trying to tell your friends how say McDonald's or Ingham Chickens business run. Spenda and all it offers is very complex to surmise in a casual conversation to a say a friend.

If you say I own shares in Common Wealth bank, job done.
Telling the same friend I own Spenda shares really requires a lot of time explaine just how many different things it can bring to one or more businesses.

Not sure if that helps turn some of your flags back to green, just how I see SPX.
