They put out an announcement regarding Telstra which you can read for yourself and then you'll know what happened to them. That was well before the contemporary platform was constructed, different business model etc. It's all there for you to read if you so choose to.
Unfortunately sometimes deals can fall through in business and that's what happened with Telstra. That's just business and every single business has had some kind of failure.
