Thanks Rob, this is great information and I'm sure SPX comply to this as required.

However all I am doing in conveying what the CEO of Spenda said when asked the direct question at the AGM about what Spenda received if an invoice was paid by a method other than a credit card and the answer was 26c per invoice and then extrpolating that information in to a scenario to assist people in understanding how the business works and why at times the numbers in possible revenue do not align the numbers reported in the 4C. If payment is not made via credit card Spenda revenue for that invoice is 26c not x% of the value of the invoice.
