Capricorn Deal - 400m shares at .0175c announced to market and expected by market

and SP is at 1.4c
Capricorn now has had to review the market response to all these announcements and the initial sell off to .009c in October 2023 imo
as paying .0175c now would mean they are already down minimum 20% of a $7m investment and that is if it stays at these levels - highly unlikely after 400m dilution
Remember another 400m shares or so - 10% dilution has to have some effect
So maybe a TH or Suspension to discuss above details
This is not down ramping but researching the facts and business world we live in - not fantasy land
