The question merely makes a series of assumptions and asks whether based on those assumptions could that increase the SP by 32x?

Your answer would therefore be no (based on your response).

BTW, my answer would also be no as there is already some degree of expected future revenue growth factored into the current SP in my opinion. Whilst increasing the payment flows by 32x is likely to increase the revenue generated, it is not guaranteed to increase the revenue by 32x and further, to consider expected growth in payments flows alone is to ignore other relevant metrics of the company's performance.
