As per the eBev timeline below you seem to be on the money. First phase started December quarter and was expected to take 3 months. Second phase to start June quarter which is just a couple of weeks away. Note that phase two involves "broadly offered to ALL stakeholders in the eBev marketplace". The scaling will really show as we head through FY25.
So 100 customers generates Spenda $800,000 per annum. Times that by 45 (4500 spokes) gives $36,000,000 in revenue. This is just for Australia. eBev suggests their first overseas expansion will be to the UK and then US and Asia. Let's see how this unfolds over the years ahead. Though the Australian market is still substantial, it really is peanuts compared to their OS plans.
