I wouldn't put too much faith in those sites if i were you!
It was rated strong sell when i bought SPENDA at 0.7c only 6 months ago and rated 100% buy at 1.4c when you were buying it for 1.4c back in january.
So if anything that probably shows that the best time to buy IS when indicators show the opposite.
Its when i tend to buy. Just a heads up!
