This is the calculation 1.3m initial DSD build fees + from midyear/commercial launch 100k SaaS fees x 6 months = $1.9m. Plus I'm assuming revenue generated from the suppliers payments which are max 270m per month on full saturation. Safe to say as long as commercial launch occurs around midyear the minimum $2m for the CY should be in the bag.
