The idea for the app is for a login or sign up approach using third party verification, instead of signing up and using a redundant process they use a multi log- in process, thus allowing a speedy verification process and also eliminates manpower, ie maintenance of passwords on their system.
I would hazard a guess this could be in conjunction with something else, that i am not too sure, possibly could be around complience etc
