where did you get 728000 members i know there is between 22000 to 28000.
caplink was old technology just to transfer transactions from suppliers to capricon.
caplink was only created for capricon so they might have restrictions and can't be modified or used for other purpose. spenda merge with appstablisment and received IP which now they can modify.
caplink technology was very manual i.e., resources driven process by entering invoices manually into caplink as caplink was stanalone software i.e., it was not integrated to any other software suppliers would be using.
difference here spenda is cloud base saas with new technology and features which can be integrated to many accounting software small and large. e.g. qb , myob, xero, sap etc.
other important spenda has open API to connect with other software you can customise your own payment solution from there API libraries you can develop and test in your own environment which is fully secured. i hope you know they have a partnership with Microsoft.
there is huge development journey from cirralto to spenda. what they were and they are now.
i have seen many post what company was doing in past. past is pat but would really like to see post on current software discussion how it is unique. who are the competitors. what's the difference between spenda and competitors products. how they can capture wider market.
