    Just for context. I delivered a fully integrated App to the Apple Store, integrated to an on Premise solution via APIs in 8 weeks not 18 months.

    Yes IT projects can be difficult and run into unexpected lag and issues. But to never meet a timeline in 2 years perhaps calls for a review of the estimation process and or the delivery method.
