The whole $100,000 per month MINIMUM in licensing fees is the very interesting point you keep forgetting
Its written as MINIMUM
As across Capricorns network that would represent a fee of only $3.50 each member per month.
Highly unlikely to be so low a figure imo.
Even a figure as low as $30 a month would still be outrageously cheap, yet bring in 10.2m per year for SPENDA.
Other company's charge significantly higher that $30 per month in licensing fees.
