I think it is naïve to expect a large DW any time soon. You really think that the bankers will not consider the SP, and generally how markets are reconsidering BNPL?? In the current environment, I think it is unlikely SPX will get a bank WH (aka cheap money). They will likely be limited to more expensive and less money from some other sources. Not necessarily a bad outcome, but don't get your hopes too high about a $100mio WH around the corner...
