You did give me a fright, but no, it is to consumers. That headline is not to be read "BNPL [to] Business" "Offering & Operational Update". You can read more on that report and others about their consumer engagement strategy/,marketing. I think BNPL to business has more potential: the pricing scheme can be adapted to higher rates as it is the borrowers who pay the rates, not the merchants; and when you service businesses, other types of lending can be offered (Invigo $10mio funding capacity is about debt finance, the agri deals are more like trade finance). The BNPL to consumer outfits seem to just do BNPL. No personal loans, no mortgages.
