With an exercise price of 2.5 cents , intrinsically they are now only worth 0.2 cents.
Paying 1.4 cents for 0.2 cents of value doesn't seem like a massive bargain, especially when you have lost faith in your beloved goat to create the value needed to get back in-the-money.
The mind boggles.
