Governance issues at this micro cap end of the market is a given, you just have to accept it to some extent. The thing to look for is does management have skin in the game, and Floates 100 million shares,and rest of management having sizeable chunks, is key for investor confidence about motivations.
This stock is now broken technically, 2 cent to 4 cent range until the next qtrly is probably best we can hope for in my view
