Does Adrian control the SP? why would he be liable? Someone has asked him a question and he's answered with his expectations. He has since accepted options in lieu of cash, clearly his expectation is that the SP will grow, once the market catches on to what Spenda is doing. Shows confidence doesn't it? What is wrong with this? The quarterly outlines plenty to be positive about. Like hundreds of other small caps Spenda has been hammered.
