Would you really want to make a price sensitive announcement on June 20 in 2022? The market is getting smashed to bits. Unless Spenda is announcing plans to buy SpaceX, no one is going to care what they have to say. The only announcements that have any traction at present are mining based ones which is basically the only market people have any faith in at this point.
If I was SPX anything positive id be holding off til the end of the year and I certainly wouldnt be establishing a DW in the worst economic times in our lifetimes
