Appstab was brought to own the Spenda suite of products for two key reason:
1. to own the IP to control our won destiny and institutional investors would take us more seriously if we did
2. reduce the licencing fee Cirralto had to pay to Appstab to use the Spenda products, the argument being that at a certain point of revenue it would be cheaper to buy Appstab then pay the fee
