Agree that's annoying when the reply function does not work! The exact same thing happened to me.
Also happy to admit when I am wrong, the shares were issued at .01c per the independent experts report so $8,250,000 would be the consideration for tax purposes and the benefit they received. Was a little lazy of me to go the the annual report. Thank you for pointing that out.
They should have just raised $10m at 7c and paid cash it would have been less dilutive ... (thats a joke before everyone jumps down my throat).
Will be interesting to see how they justify the goodwill at year end.
