Of course lots of risk too, but considering eBev did a pre-IPO raise in Dec-21 and have the financing solution (whitelabelled from SPX) as a key value prop, think buying at this price is opportunistic.
Expecting sizeable revenue growth this quarterly though - if not, well then "next quarter is the one to watch". Good thing that AF is underpromising so SPX can beat.
