just throwing this out there. Wasn't it mentioned in one of the many webinars that SaaS would be offered free of charge to some, they would then be taking a cut off the transactions? Just thinking aloud, could this be a reason for the reduction in SaaS revenue.... they drop $100/month for a customer but take $50 in clipping tickets.... where would that revenue show up?
