I think it is ridiculous for the executive team to have received any floating remuneration. The performance has been abysmal, and in which planet do you get a bonus when the bottom line is so bad...? Fixed remuneration is contractual so that's what it is even though it ads up to a number I am finding too high given their collective output. And if they are willing to be paid such remuneration in shares, that's ok with me.
