Atm we could rename this thread "It's just the beginning of the END for Spenda!" The SPX/CRO board have aquired Appstab & Greenshoots for top dollar value while saying they are broadening the revenue base. The revenue has increased very slowly but how they can justify the now at least 30-40 extra people on the books to be paid as well. There have been some spurious deals to AF relatives & business partners which ASIC might want to look at if SPX were to disappear. We have assets and cash to last 12 months at the most at this stage according to half yearly report.
As a medium term holder have a 0.06 average yes brought extra 0.10?? Now lost 2/3 of value - hmmmmmmmmmm!!
A real question hypothetically - If SPX have to delist from ASX for any reason what happens to the shares? Private takeover or do you just lose everything??
