We were told that cap raising for pure purpose of raising funds for business operations would not be necessary.
Everyone at this point is expecting a cap raise out of singapore for a large agri dw.

We have funds to get us through to mid year,
we have the 1.4 million R&D grant as well
we also have AF saying we'll be cash flow positive by mid year.

Considering many shareholder's have been a little frustrated by the AF's communication style over over promising, and have communicated that to him strongly. It would madness to committ to such a goal and not see it through. just my thoughts.

It was pointed out the why on earth would CC committ to Spenda on a nation wide scale if we are tinkering with bankrupcy. also seems madness.

Anyway, we speculate and wait, things seems a bit safer at the moment.
