Some thoughts on oppies SPXO, 2.5c, July'23
That is something high speculative due to just 6 1/2 months before expiry. The oppies at some time traded 50% of heads value which has seen down to about 25-33% when heads were at 1c ( 0.2 / 0.33c ). ATM, heads trading at 1.5c SPXO at 0.4c ( 27% ). There is some room for the oppies to go to 0.8c should heads continue to climb to 2c soon. But, if the market is disappointed with 4C numbers it could be trap. I expect 3 weeks of interesting oppies trading as a very low price ( not cheap due to risk ) alternative / addition to the heads.
Very high risk but very high reward % related.
