What’s the relationship between Durak and Red Leaf? And what do you mean 81m was offered to pro/retail investors?? There is no disclosed information other than Red Leaf arranging the facility. And yes, other than some posts about other holders, we have no information about the execution of that facility, which is kind of odd.
There are indeed positive signs. The concerns are about financials and runway. In an environment where growth is heavily discounted in terms of SP, SPX cannot relay on the exercise of options to extend its runway. Based on what we know, the runway does not extend much beyond June. So we need more good tangible news to get out of thew woods.
