I think when we look at the operating cash outflows, we need to consider that in the Sept & Dec quarters (likely continuing in the March quarter) they have been incurring significant expenditure with respect to the debt warehouse structuring, compliance, documentation etc with Neu Capital and Norton Rose Fulbright. Once the DW is established, these cash outflows should fall away from the corp/admin and the opex would likely come down significantly.
I can't imagine the lawyers would be cheap by any stretch!
