A fair point you raise.
My thoughts are perhaps more forgiving than yours seem to be.
If my understanding is correct then I just don't see how anyone could form an accurate view given there was some movement both ways with customers numbers in that some were let go, some rolled over to the new facility and new customers signed up.
I certainly need to wait and see just where the numbers are without the above circumstances complicating things.
