To believe that Carpet Court would pay $20m per year to use Spenda is ludicrous. No CEO would sacrifice 10% of their revenue every year for a payment system they don't really need.
Unless it was one of AF's mates, in which case CC could buy the whole Spenda company for only 2x annual fees, and they could both rent yachts in the Maldives.
