I don't think they are donors to the Liberal Party. The comments they made are in line with auction clearance rates in Melbourne with a bias towards the bottom end of the market. The last couple of weeks in Melbourne the auction clearance rates have been above 70%. This bottom end of the market is the same market that Villawood plays in, first home buyers and first time upgraders. It is also the same end of the market that Villaworld plays in, in Melbourne.

Who knows, maybe we could get a second bidder coming out of the woodwork and lobbing a bid above $2.345 per share which is currently on the table from Avid Property Group.
