In contrast, you have ranted for months about purported legal issues and your posts change like the weather between 1 year, 2 years, 5 years, and 10 years. You post no evidence to support your position, or why you have changed your legal position, and you fail to disclose whether or not you are licensed to provide advice of any type. This includes price predictions, advice to deal, in the case of MMR and BPH, to sell. Clearly you are not licenced to make posts of such a nature.
I sincerely hope that forum readers are taking these facts into account. It would be a travesty if naive readers took your advice as fact under the misapprehension that you actually hold qualifications.
