"1.20 SP do-able next week." LOL... within 40mins of trade opening on Monday morning ASL has leapt 11% to 1.26. Now up a crazy 18% to 1.35!!! on monster volumes. Too bad i sold half my stake (AGaIN!!!!) too early at 1.25.... after averaging in at 92c. But looks like mkt sense a big contract has been signed. possibly the Anglo-gold deal in Tanzania. expect trading halt any minute.
What a run from 90c only 3 weeks ago!! That's 50% jump since 8th july!! As i often post: 'One must already be holding to gain major benefit when price leaps'. The high divs made ASL a safe play. The Anglo gold or other contract produces HUGE wins for those holding. It was always on the cards since inital ann 2 months ago. Remember ASL is leading driller in Africa for open-cut gold mines.
Still a few stks around that can produce big gains although best time to buy was end of June. Good luck to holders!!!
