A farm in offer is most likely (% of lease and some $$$) is most likely and preferable to many because of future upside potential.
I personally wouldn't mind a takeover offer for guaranteed cash in hand than an elephant in the bush as long as price is right e.g. 250 mill usd would equate to 5 cents a share
