In my opinion… the extension has been granted and PCL are waiting on signatures on the deed that is required to be signed by the JV and MME. Pretty much a formality. As to the farminees they will likely wait for the signatures before they sign a non-compete clause in the CA. Or they will word the clauses such that if PCL were to leave the block the non-compete clause drops away. Normal stuff…
