    If this is true people would stop selling their shares tomorrow.
    1,000,000,000 times $100 a barrel times 30 per cent interest in PCL divided by 28,000,000 todays value times .004 todays share price = $4.28 cents a share at today prices.
    May be my calculations are wrong but why would any body sell their shares tomorrow?
