Hi kansas,
I called the office twice early last week. PCL's "receptionist" answered the phone, took my details and message, and said someone will call me back in a day or week...... That was over a week ago now and still nothing. I have also emailed the office, again with no reply.
I think plenty of other holders have done that same thing.
