Are holders now expecting another announcement clarifying that docs have been finalised?

I anticipate the next announcement will move straight to detail of
our free carry agreement which iI am sure is going to be a ripper.
Let's say they already have offers which is likely.
I personally would be hearing several before negotiations, or commitng to a single agreement.
if one thing is certain, once that announcement comes, those who sold today will be buying a few of my shares at a premium price
