Would have to have been submitted already (either 60 or 90 days before expiry date). It very well may have been submitted already. The Ministry can take time in responding. I don't know if they are using the Petroleum Agreement signature date or the Exploration Licence signature date to determine the expiry. If it is the latter, it may not have expired yet as the Exploration Licence signature usually comes several weeks (at least) after the Petroleum Agreement is signed.
