    So if there are no further or unexpected delays End of October 2014 will see the plant commissioned and the start of ramp up - In previews flow charts provided by the company ramp up is estimated to be in the order of 8 months -factor in the repayment of the loan and you are looking at late 2015 for the first div cheq ( if paid quarterly as promised ) IMO
