    to me there looks like some dynamic resistance coming down from the Oct 7th high at 3.6c. If that is cleared then I can see no serious chart resistance for NWE until the low 8c range.....that may explain why we have hesitated at this level but given the rising volume I think breaking the 3.6c barrier is a foregone conclusion.
