    magnolia delayed - now in #$%# august + Read the latest announcement - magnolia wont have government clearance till at the very earliest july 31st . . . . so it's august at the very very earliest before the rig starts . . .

    we can only hope for a positive announcement about the appalacians in the meantime or this will slide back. No news is no news
