Funny Taurisk, I started a thread on Science and Medicine.
I am looking for a light bulb that allows me to read like I used to with the filiament bulb.
I have tried different fluros (not cool for re-cycling) but the colour/ wavelenght is not the same compared to a 75 W clear globe.
I have looked at LED's and played with them but they can be very expensive when it comes to a 240v LED light. The LEDs are wired to equal 240volts, so no other parts eg resistors etc.
