    How much lower does Igas have to go before the deal would be unreasonable as well as unfair?

    Do the latest substantial shareholder notices mean anything for the deal?
    Greenpark Energy Limited (14.1% shareholder and key New Hope ally) has gone into voluntary liquidation. A related company gets 8.98% of Dart shares and the other 5.1% has gone to a private equity fund.
